Story:In The Lost Tribe you get to go back in time and lead a prehistoric tribe to a new homeland. When the volcano that your tribe has always called "home" explodes and molten lava engulfs your village at its base, you have little choice but to assume command of your frightened tribe and seek out a different place to live. This means providing for your tribe's food, shelter, safety, and general happiness all along the way.

When I went to computer camp for people with disabilities, they had this game and I played it every day for 11 days. It's such a unique game. It's like an edutainment title, edutainment is a abbreviation for educational + entertainment. (Think Oregon Trail and the Carmen Sandiego series) you don't realize this game is teaching you about the first humans because it was pure fun for me. This title belongs on GOG because it is a very rare find indeed. I have been searching everywhere om the Internet and in thrift stores for it and I can't find it anywhere! I gave up trying to find it because it drove me nuts after a while. I would be ecstatic if it came to GOG. Thanks for reading this.

PlatoonThe film Platoon featured a squad of five soldiers on their mission for the US Army in Vietnam. In this action game based around the film, you take control of these five guys in turn, with the chance to switch between them as they each take one of the 3 hits that would kill them.
The game recreates each of the sections of the film, starting with a side-scrolling journey through the jungle, with paths to cross both horizontally and vertically, and the ability to jump or duck hazards. You will need to blow up a bridge and then locate a village, which contains a torch, a map and a trap-door.
