I remember it was 2005,-2006 when I was relaxing outside the city at my grandmother's house. It was a hot day, I didn't feel like going for a walk and I didn't know what to do. I was saved by finding a disc with this game in my uncle's closet... I spent the best 3 days of that summer playing this game. I still remember all the secrets and the plot. It's so simple that these days it has become a unique phenomenon that a game with so few mechanics turns out to be cooler than a modern one.
This game was recommended to me by a friend a little after its release. He had it on pirate dongles. After I fell in love with this game, I bought licences of all versions that came out. Including the DVD-box with posters.
The game has an unforgettable romance of adventure and the big road. It's a road-movie, a tense shooter, world exploration, a curious story, an awesome soundtrack and more. This is a game you want to be in. Even while driving around the same places and just doing a sweep of bandits.
Yes, the game has few side quests, small maps, outdated graphics, empty world, but you quietly turn a blind eye to it.
The game should be on GOG to save this game for loyal fans and posterity. Well, and to get it fixed up a bit :)

It is similar to the classic dice system in pen-and-paper RPGs, and to the Judgment Ring system in Shadow Hearts. You can explore the world in a non-linear fashion, visit many optional areas and fight monsters at your will. Some puzzles have multiple solutions and can be solved by using a character's special skill.
