The game that upgraded the original with a better campaign, more scenarios to explore, more enemies to kill, a better multiplayer, more maps, fully offline bots controlled by AI support to play with them if you don't have internet, friends, etc. Horde mode was a nice addition, altough it can last more than 2 hours and being tedious, it was still fun.
Microsoft seems insistent on only refreshing the the first game for modern systems. If Gears 2 and 3 are to ever be on PC, I think a licensing deal will need to be arranged between GOG and Xbox Game Studios in order for the other two games to be ported.
Resident Evil OutbreakResident Evil Outbreak is a survival-horror game released exclusively for the PlayStation 2. BlackBlack takes place in Chechnya (Southern Russia). The protagonist is a black ops soldier named Sergeant First Class Jack Kellar (portrayed by Marty Papazian). Kellar tells most of the story in first-person at an interrogation four days after the events in the story begin.
Kellar is an inadequately disciplined member of a CIA black ops group and a veteran of several conflicts including Guatemala, Colombia, Iran and Croatia. The unknown interrogator (portrayed by Paul Pape) questions Kellar about an arms smuggling and terrorist operation called the Seventh Wave. Seventh Wave have been responsible for a number of terrorist attacks. Kellar is told that, unless he co-operates, he and his actions will be declassified, he will be dishonorably discharged and imprisoned for life. The 3rd BirthdayThe game is an action role-playing game described by Square Enix as a "cinematic action RPG". Director Hajime Tabata noted that the gameplay and plot are intertwined due to a newly introduced ability called "Overdive," an ability that lets the player switch bodies with one of their team members, allowing them to control friendly NPCs. Teammates can be ordered either to target specific enemies or to defend themselves in combat. The player is able change their controlled character in real-time, intermixed with their combat actions. The game is played over-the-shoulder, comparable to games such as Resident Evil 4, Dead Space and the Mass Effect series. An array of different costumes will be available for Aya to choose from throughout the game, but only after they are unlocked by completing the game in various difficulty modes.
