I'm stuck on "Find the missing crystal needed to power the generator"
I have found it & it is in the quest item inventory, but the quest won't update, so I can't use it.

Did you investigate "power crystal frame" (don't know exacly the name of this device) with witcher sence?

Yes, I did that & used Ard on the first power crystal, then it updated to find the 2nd power crystal, which I have done, but the journal never updated.
Going back to examine the frame again gives no response.

Weird, the quest worked just fine for me - I take it you've got the latest patches installed?
If so, the only thing I can think of to suggest is to re-load a previous save and try again.

Well the crystal is completely missing for me. Tried to load previous saves but didn't work.

Same here. No crystal available to pick up. loading a save didn't change it.

I have the same problem. I'm going to revert to the old one and see if it helps. Keep you guys posted

Same. Tried loading a save before KM several times and re-downloading all DLC but neither helped :/.

Same here. The second Crystal isn't there where it should be. No Mods or anything.

Patch 1.10 + Free DLC Pack.

It was missing for me as well. I did manage to get down to the tunnel however without using the portal. I walked out on the platform where the green portal appears when you activate the crystal that is hanging on the wall. Facing toward it i walked out to the mountain edge just off the platform to the right. I then slid directly down taking care to stay in a slide. Directly beneath the platform is the ledge for the tunnel that you use to exit it when the portal works correctly. Once on the ledge I could access the tunnel and loot the diagrams (you also fight a level 23 wraith).

Hope this helps for anyone else who is bugged and has the second crystal missing from the ledge where it is supposed to be.

Same for me. The cristal is not where it should be. I installed 1.10 plus dlc package.
