Hi Im strugling to fix my game. Dont know why it is not showing animations no saund no video just notification to press space to skip, the game works find but its just not the same without the videos How can I fix it did any one had this problem ?

it's almost impossible to find the root of the problem with the information you have given. there was a similar issue with people using language packs. they had faulty language packs and that would result in lack of animation and sound iirc. you should do a fresh install and install the latest language pack or get galaxy to do it all for you.

Thanks for replay I did re instal the game gog again and Im downloading the game from the web. The game works fine I got I7 6700, GF 965m 8gb ram the game is instaled on SSD disk. I did try to open the game from the admin mode doesnt make a diff. I dont even see the first intro of the game. Let me know what would You need to know more. Would be good to see the videos as Im loosing the plot by this ;/.

do you have a gt 965m gpu? what are your other system specs. try updating your nvidia drivers.
