Hello, I have got a copy of Witcher 3 under the Christmas tree. I have successfully installed it, but I need to run it at a lower resolution than 1366x768 due to performance. When I set the game resolution to 1024x768, performance gets better BUT the game is stretched to fit the monitor. I do not want it since Geralt and other characters look too "fat".. Is there any way to play the game with black borders? I have tried changing desktop resolution, options in drivers, everything. And the game still runs stretched. Does anybody know how to fix it? My other games do play in black borders, W3 is an odd exception.
When I play it in windowed mode, it eliminates stretching but there is a performance hit.
I have a laptop with nVidia graphics card and Intel HD.
