hey all i have a problem with witcher 3
it doesnt install the game nor make any files , its just frozen at 2 min
i have the disks for the game, there is nothing wrong with the disks I've checked them

ive tried copying the data off the disks and installing like that , doesnt work

and ive tried to download the GOG but it doesnt install it says :

Runtime error(at 93:285):

SWbemLocator: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it


please someone help
