did CD Project remove the achievement? I can't find it neither on GoG Galaxy nor on Steam. I also completed the Hearts of Stone expansion and cleared all of the camps but don't remember getting it.

Seems like it. I was trying to figure out why I can't clear one of the bandit camps, but I don't see that achievement in my GOG list and it wasn't a hidden one, so I guess it's gone. Probably because of the bandit camp clearing glitches.

Yeah, I have two camps that glitched for me for some reason.

Anyone confirm that the achievement was removed? Or is it just hidden and not unlocking? I know that the 1.12 patch notes said they fixed a problem with it unlocking but it still didn't work for me.

CORRECTION (1.12.1): This achievement is still active, it's just hidden. I didn't have it in my GOG achievements list, but it did unlock when I rechecked all the bandit camps. Seems to have unlocked when I looted a sword I had left behind in one of the chests.
