So i've seen reports from other sites about fixes that should be in 1.04.. For example the loot text that comes up should now be bigger and not go away as fast (unchanged for me).

Another thing that v1.04 should add if it's working correctly is that it adds a new line to user.settings, which is TextureMipBias, also completely unchanged for me with 1.04 from GOG Galaxy.

Someone else noticed the same?

Edit:

I tried moving user.settings away from it's default location and then verifying the game through GOG Galaxy. It does not add the file back and it just says "no changes were applied" (something similar).

If the verify process worked like it should it should notice that the file is missing and download a new one.

Something is not right here.

I don't think Galaxy would redownload a setings file, it probably just makes a new blank/default one when you start the game.

As for being bugged, it will always be bugged. For instance since 1.04 i can't fast travel from Skelllige back to Velen.
It's not a GoG thing. It's a game thing.
not really talking about bugs in the game, i'm talking specifically about v1.04, GOG patch version compared to what Steam version seems to be doing..
