We will most certainly play it again and have fun with it. But it would still be nice to be able to transfer those achievements. ;)

Can any other progress be transferred? I suppose it's just a matter of copying files to transfer my saves, but figure I might as well ask first.

I was wondering about the save games aswell when i upgraded from the base game to GOTY. And yes it does find and recognize the save games, so you don't have to worry about those at all.

Can someone confirm this?
I mean once the previous saves roll on goty edition, will the achievements start popping up?
I bought a new pc, so coming back to install w3 and see that I have the goty as well was a pleasant surprise.
But I take pride on my achievement hunting and want them packed on the same spot :P

I imported save game with 68% achivements, after played 5 hours in Goty, 16% of achivements got unlocked, but are those general(like discover 100 poles), not sure if those from quests will unlock, but I want to do a NG+ so no big deal for me...

Oh, that's interesting. I installed GOTY over the base game. I don't know the exact number of achivements i had, but i had finished the game and basicly all quests except the gwent ones. I believe i was at about 55% completed, now after the upgrade i have 0%. I tried playing it for a few minutes and did a quest from dlc and am still at 0% :/

I have parallel installations of W3 + both expansions / W3 GOTY.

I can use the very same savegames in both installations (even alternating, for the fun of it), while achievements / playtime are being counted separately.

It's a pity there is no support for the topic from the community. As well as no response from the GOG team.

Witcher 3:Wild Hunt,The (With Expansion Pass & all Packs) Currently Installed on GOG & showing (trophy)53% (clock) 456h 46m 41 achievments visible. I downloaded Witcher 3:Wild Hunt,The-GOTY Edition seperately, Shows seperately on GOG, When I opened it,it gave me the option to "continue" as the game always has,and loaded a saved place. My saved games are there also. BUT... GOG shows (trophy) 4% (clock) 8h 54m, and NO achievement older then 8 hours.(a total of 3) So,the game seems to have no problem accesing the savepoints from the prior Witcher 3,but can't seem to sync my achievements. :/ Common GOG,@ least acknowledge the issue. See attached screenshots for bith games as shown in my GOG library. Never mind,GOG wont let me attach, or even right click so I can paste the URL of the uploaded pics. SERIOUSLY?????

Same here... my 41% completed achievements didn't carry over. On a positive note, i loaded my save game, re-ran end mini-quest with Ciri, and immediately popped the 2 for finishing the game and finishing on Death March, which was nice. ;)

i have 73% with 251h playtime and want to keep it which is why i really would like a transfer option or just treat the stats for both games as one. The is no point in having stats tracked separately...

So I can earn my achievements twice? Lovely, this just made the game a little better for me.
