why cant i just play the game. i spent 1.5k on buying the dvds n i get to download another 18gb patch? i feel cheated. it should be ready to play n the patches comes later -_____- frustrating n disappointing as well.

If you are serious however, afaik it is now common practice for games to require a huge amount (in terms of GB) of patching before you can play them.
