I don't really have a problem with the mechanic of this feature, but I am color blind with red and green, so it makes it really hard sometimes to use this to it's full advantage. I end up having to look up tutorial videos rather than doing it myself. If there was a color blind option for your users I would be so happy. replace the red glow with a shade of blue or yellow.

On their website (http://en.cdprojektred.com/) there should be a "support" tab on the higher part of the page. Click there and then on "contact us" on the right and you'll have to fill in a form
