I downloaded the witcher 3 free dlc program but it doesn't show up in my library, I try to "buy" it again and it says I already own it, I even got a confirmation email saying that it is in my library but the only games showing up are: Witcher 3 Wild Hunt, The - Game of the Year Edition, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and The Witcher 2 Assasins of Kings.
I looked up and people say that you can download in the "Additional Content" tab but the tab doesn't show for me

That image is of the GOTY. The free DLC is included in the GOTY edition.
