Hey, I used to have The Witcher 3 on my old pc, but when i got a new one i cant see it under my account anymore. However there are still achievements visible under my account.

I still have the key from the old pc but cannot redeem it. How can i get back the game on my account?

Changing PC doesn't affect the games you own on GOG.
Is the game available in your library? And in your orders history?
How did you acquire it and how did you install it?
What is the key you are talking of and where does it come from?

its not in my library nor orders history
im not too sure but i think i downloaded the game with a cd since i got the cd box version
the key that was in the cd box that you use to get the game
