I've finished the Temerian Valuables and unlocked the chests with the key but I noticed there is a door up the staircase in front of the old windmill.

It's a little tricky climbing over the pile of wood blocking the staircase but it is possible, although, the door at the top is locked and the key from the quest doesn't open it.

Can it even be opened?
Yes and I did that whole quest. Try using Aard to clear the blockage. As for the keys....I remember getting them but no idea where from :P Just leave it for now and come back after you clear more of the map.
I also have question for this quest. Initial mark near bridge still white. is there something else besides the corpse?

P.S. Sorry for google-translate. :-)

Have you looked in the river near the corpse? There should be a chest that is locked, but the corpse should have the key.

I have cleared all of white orchard and have done all of the side quests there, I've yet to see anything involving the door, no key, and no quests :(

I can't find any information about it on google. Is there a quest for it later in the game?

Read notes in your inventory. Did you loot all bodies in the vicinity? :/ Wish I remembered what exactly I did :D Later in the game no. It should happen in White Orchard.

I was never able to open it either. Whatever is in there most likely isn't anything valuable. I think the quest there or treasure hunt is basically found in the house where you use Aard to break a door to get to the stuff in the basement.

I hunted around the map and web, when I first came across the Windmill door and couldn't find a way in either. It seems we never know what was in there...

...my guess: grain... maybe some flour :o)

My thinking is, by the time I'm near completing the game, there might be a solution and I go go back and find out :o)
