Do u have those lines-symbols instead "low, medium, high, ultra" etc. after patch 1.10 ?

Me too.
I'm Checking now if uninstalling the game and doing a clean install with 1.10 patch fixes it.
EDIT: The answer is NO, a clean install does not fix it.
But looking on the Official Witcher 3 forums it seems everyone has the issue, so it will be fixed eventually.
At least its not a big deal.
