The game runs fine and all but when I exit, it's still going in the task manager for some reason.

Happens to me sometimes after quitting, I hear music for a few seconds when I am dropped to the desktop and then it closes. Only once did it keep running for a minute or so whereby I thought my PC had locked up completely, and then it came back. On patch 1.04, latest Nvidia drivers.
