I finished the main game a few days ago and decided to start "Blood and wine".

I'm just at the beginning and I'm supposed to receive a letter from Yen or Triss. Here comes the problem : in the main game I romanced Triss 100% but got a letter from Yennefer in this new game ... I really don't understand, is there something that I can do ?

If you finished the game and later started Blood and Wine from the beginning, your romance (either way) is null, and you get a 'friendly' letter from Yennefer. For your romance to cross over you have to start B&W within the main game where your romance is solidified. Also, if you are not faithful to Triss you get the same friendly letter from Yen.

This is strange because, just after finishing the main game, I followed a new quest "Heart and Stone" without starting a new game. Then I played "Blood and Wine", still in the main game. I have not started a new one ...

I guess I made a mistake at some point.

No. Shani romance is not a romance as such, it's just a one-night stand and has no bearing on anything else.
