I've just notcied that since the last time I've leveled up and completed a few quests, it's been rewarding me skill points ... but when I go to the Character menu, it says "0 skill points available". If anyone has encountered this before, any knowledge on what it might be would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't maxed out it's probably a mod that's mucked with a script.
