I've noticed an issue just now with Witcher 3 when I try to run in 1920x1080 everything appears zoomed in like only a quarter of the screen shows to me, it's odd because it has ran fine before in that resolution and i have experienced no issues until running it today, the only thing i can think of is the new beta patch that adds overlay acheivements notifications but it dosen't make sense it would affect the resolution in that way, let me know if you all have any suggestions. Thanks!

If it helps I have a GTX 960M with a Intel HD 4600 acts as my DIsplay Drive and Games run on the GTX 960M as a dedicated drive, i also attached an image of what I am seeing in 1920 x 1080

Is your desktop resolution smaller than the game's resolution (1080p)? From the screenshot it appears like it is the case, because the screenshot is in 1366x768 and not 1080p. If so, you might be running the game in full screen borderless window mode. Switch it to just full screen in graphics settings and you'll be fine. Or, raise your desktop resolution to 1080p.
