Hi all,
i made a mistake of waiting too long to buy the DLC's (no wonder when I can have +100 hours fun with the main game ).
So far I have not installed the witcher next gen update. Years back I installed some high res grafics mod, directly copied into the files i think, and I honestly don't know which one it was, and where it came from. When I launch the game it says vers. 1.32
The thing is, i installed the next gen update when it came out, but imo it looked worse than what i have currently installed.
But when I install the DLC's now, I will most likely not be able to revert back to an older version (using the install menu), or can I ?
Honestly, I don't even know how I got my old graphics back, because in the install menu i can now only see version 4.04 and 4.04a.... (also it's strange that i have version 1.32, i thought it's about 3.x something).
So, when I buy the DLC now, is there a way to avoid the next gen update ? I rather look for another high res grafics mod on nexus.
Thanks for any info :)
