I just recently bought the witcher 3 on pc because I use to play it on ps4 and wanted to relive the experience with 4k 60 fps but I encountered a pretty big bug where I cant view any books for quest and its getting in the way of me doing certain quest requiring you to read a book. Anyways im re installing the game to see if it fixes it but just incase it doesnt I hope somoene may have another solution.

1. Exit Galaxy
2. Open it up again
3. Select the game, click More -> Manage -> Verify/Repair
4. Wait for the patching process to finish
5. Play
