I just got Witcher 3 for a good deal on Humble, I have a fairly OK laptop for running games, but even on the lowest settings I'm getting a really framey experience trying to play the witcher.

Specs
Display NVIDIA GeForce 930MX
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7500U CPU @ 2.70GHz, 2904 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
RAM 16 GB

Is my system just not quite good enough?

It's not you system, although laptops are always sub-par for demanding game like The Witcher 3, it's your graphics, which is absolutely not good enough. Take a look here.
