and i thought for companies making really good games it would be easy to make a "chose save-dir" option, or whatever...easier than for every gamer who simply wants the savegames away from the system disk to make a ntfs junction.
and i dont trust windows with fake dirs and the like to actually do what i want, or what is expected of it.

I've used this for 8 years without ever having any issues with it. And what's not easy about it? NTFS is a really robust file system - there is a reason MS has never replaced it.
