Just noticed I've received this achievement and I'm nowhere near finishing the game. Anyone else?

Just seen that I have that too
Got it earlier today

I'm the same no where near the end LOL

I'm 'only' about 145 hrs in & not reached Kear Morhen yet

Got at least 3 other achievements today that I shouldn't have as well

Got both Passed the Trial and Ran the Gauntlet, I'm only 36 hours in and haven't left Velen.

Got it as well. Was playing the game on the hardest difficulty. FFS I really would've rather played the game through, before getting the achievements.

Achievements were a big mistake to put in the game, IMO. Obviously, Galaxy isn't ready for them. At most they should have just stuck them in the main menu somewhere.

I got this too!
I got the "Passed the Trial" and "Ran the Gauntlet" achievements (for finishing the game on my current difficulty level).

Just noticed it today, but apparently they "unlocked" yesterday. Nowhere near finishing the game..

What gives? Must be a broken event trigger...
Any blues (and a hotfix) would be appreciated.

Bug from hotfix (patch 1.8.1) for patch 1.8 gives you this achievement. Like darkness58ec said:"Their hotfix needs a hotfix." (Post number 3)

Got that too, I must confess it is slightly annoying, even if I rather get it now than for it not to appear after I truly finish the game :D.

Do you have any idea if they are gonna( or even if they can ) correct this ?

Well, anyway, happy to know I'm not alone !

EDIT : Ah, I'm playing on Death March, and I didn't get Ran the gauntlet though.

Same here, I got "Passed the trial" when I first arrived Skillege which was around 12pm 15th Aug. GMT I guess (my yesterday). Not "Ran the Gauntlet" as I'm playing at an easier setting.

101 hours playing the videogame. Im on a lvl 17 main story quest and still got it.

Same here!
It's a minor problem, I know. But since I'm taking my time with this game and exploring everything + doing all possible side quests, it's a little bit annoying.
