Hi, is there any way to obtain offline update from 1.32 to 4.0? On game's page i have only 1.31 installer and 1.32 update - no matter which language i choose.

I wonder the same. when changing to english I see the full game in 4.0, but not in german. Furthermore I am not able to find any patch data.
Im especting something like a "Patch 1.31 to 4.0" and "Patch 1.32 to 4.0" update file.

I guess it can't be meant to complete uninstall and reinstall the game to get 4.0, right??

That's exactly what it means. The game will also reset your settings. It's like a separate title.

I mean the update itself on the platforms was aroung 50 GB from what I read so I guess even if there is an offline patch it will be just as big as the game itself - so it does not really matter I guess ? My only problem with the offline installer is that the english version is twice as big ... Maybe it has all languages in it - I don't know but I did not see a way to download just the english

That is exactly what happened. The geniusses at CDPR thought it would be a good idea to include ALL language packs in the actual nextgen installer which makes the actual offline installer for the nextgen version around 25GB bigger than it had to be. The actual installation is now 55GB and was 40GB before. Switch to english. The game is now completely multi-language and the complete edition is only available in the english section. Unfortunately GOG often does this whenever a game becomes multi-language. Quite confusing if you don't know about it. Unfortunately there is no offline patch from 1.32 to 4.0. You can let Galaxy update the actual GOTY release but there's no way to do this with offline installers. You also won't need the language packs anymore since they are integrated in the actual offline installer (21 packages) that is listed if you switch to english.
