Sooo haven´t played the game in some time and discovered that I still run it on version 1.07. But apparently there are no patch files to download from my GOG profile. I can only download the full game with version 1.3. Is there any other platform where you can get the patches, since I have very slow internet and don´t want to download the whole thing again :P

No. Old/er patches are no longer available. Your only options is to re-download.

I found out that there is a GOG Galaxy launcher from which you can easily download the missing stuff. But thanks for the reply :)
