Have 1080gtx and 144hz monitor - getting 50-60fps on ULTRA or even HIGH settings. Have changed FPS to unlimited. Does that sound right?

Anything I can do to increase FPS?

What do you have your display refresh rate set to?

Think it should be higher, getting that with an RX480 on Ultra/FHD.
Isnt there a separate checkbox for vsync as well? dunno if it would limit to 60 with an 144 screen though

Looks just about right. there's a youtube video showing max settings on W3, with hair on,, resolution 1440p. FPS the same as what you're getting. that is BTW side by side with gtx980 Ti. Only 10FPS advantage on gtx1080.

The one that tested it on 4K was only getting 30-35FPS.

Looks like I'm keeping my gtx 980 as I'm only playing on 1080p :-)


If anything else. the 16nano process consumes less power and runs cooler.
