Cant seem to find the Lesser glyph of igni recipe think it was in a different location on my first playthrew :/ Anyone know where I can buy it? thx

Your best bet for guaranteed rune recipes is Keira Metz, The Pellar, The Herbalist (NE of Oxenfurt), Gremist (Skellige), and other herbalist vendors to a lesser degree.
