I think your out of luck. Your screenshots show an integrated graphics. I've been reading forums and people with higher end dedicated graphic cards are complaining about performance. For example:

This was a post from someone with a low end dedicated graphics card.

"the developers probably didn't even consider us low spec gamer and just decided to ramp up the quality of the game and the specs needed to run it smoothly. Before the update I can run this game on high settings with an average of 80 fps and now I can barely get a consistent 60 fps on low settings and I keep stuttering every time I go to places full of people. I tried both directx 11 and 12 and it still didn't fix it, but I found that when I was using directx 12 I got a better performance but it is still unplayable because of the stutters."

The responses were you'll have to stick to the original game if you want to play on your current system

System Requirements from the developer show dedicated graphics cards.

Just download the v1.32 GOTY edition of the game. It will probably run nicely on your system and it's much better than this crappy "next-gen" version that only raises the system requirements to ridiculous levels and introduces dozens of bugs and crashes.
thanks for your reply ... I'll have to figure something else out.
You might be able to get away with the old 1.32 version at a really low resolution. You could probably squeak like 20-30 FPS max out of it. Definitely not recommended without a discrete GPU of some sort.
