1) Open GOG Galaxy
2) Click the Cog at the right hand side of the bar on the left
3) Tick Manage all folders Manually
3) Change install games to a path to your other drive
4) Change Download games to a path on your other drive

On the bottom left of GOG Galaxy you can see a little cog wheel which is for settings. Once it open you will see a section Labeled Folders. There Choose the "Manage all folders manually" then set up "Download games to/ download extras to" to your desired folders by pressing on "..."

It should then download. I do; however, not recommend downloading the game through Gog Galaxy as the download will not use the full bandwidth of your connection. Instead download it straight from the Gog Website. Install it and then import it to Gog galaxy.

If the C: drive you are referring to is where your windows partition is installed you will still encounter problems. It is recommended to always keep 10% minimum free of your windows install drive or partition.
