I've had to reinstall my Witcher 3 GOTY edition a few times now due to fresh wiping my PC and every time I have done a new install all the outfit DLCs for Yennifer, Triss and Ciri have not worked on my saves, Yennifer is still wearing her default outfit for example at the inn near the beginning of the game in White Orchard.

Not really sure what could be stopping the DLC from working everything else is working properly from the bigger DLCs to the minor themed items and execution moves. Not really sure what to do and a simple google search has not helped.
