Good morning. I have a problem. Gog Galaxy does not open anymore. When the application is launched, the screen is black. I tried uninstalling the program but it did not change anything. So I'm playing the game (The Witcher 3 GOTY) without the application. This morning when I opened the game, the previous savedate was disappeared and it's as if I had opened the game for the first time. What can I do? Can I save the rescues somehow? I did not find traces of them in any PC folders.

Sounds like you have a fault in the program.

Delete and re-install.

Unfortunately on the cloud were saved only three hours of play, I lost everything else.
This is because not being able to open gog and i only saved on PC, but it is official, they lost.
I was about 7 hours to level four. Is it possible to get someone from the rescue?

This is a my archive with saves, 1 file , 8GB with 4000 saves, you must download and search for a save file that you like(usually I make all secondary quests before going with main quest in that area):

Sorry Pigulici but I still ask you something!
I copied the files in the cloud folder and in the pc documents section but when I open the game they not available. Do you have any idea why? (My version is the witcher 3 goty)

I don't use cloud saves, it is too buggy for now(from my point of view), my advise, turn off cloud saves and overlay from galaxy, and put the saves in ''My Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves". Personal I prefer to backup manually the saves files from my games, after some time of play, on another partition and in dropbox cloud.

I have a Problem. I can start Witcher 3 only in gog launcher. Its possible to create a desctop icon from The Witcher 3 to the desctop that i can start the Game from the desctop and not from the gog launcher?

Sure. Let Windows (or your special OS) seek for

witcher3.exe

-> rightclick -> Send to -> Desktop
