So i got the witcher 3 and now i bought expansion pack with two dlc's. Problem is that game installed as the witcher 3 game of the year edition and everything is good beside the fact that every gwent card i won dissapeared.

When you buy or win a card they do not go into your deck. They go into your stack and you need to place them in an appropriate deck.

man im aware of that. it doesnt change the fact that cards i won, are not existing in my deck nor my stack. they are just gone. and i cant get them back as i already won them. so now im just playing with my basic cards and every single hero card ive got is gone

Then something is wrong with your installation. Either a mod is conflicting with something script-wise, or your installation needs repairing. Cards do not just disappear.
