Yes you can. CD Projekt Red and GOG games are all DRM free. You may install and uninstall as many times as you like, provided you remember that the key entitles you to one copy of the game. Simply install Galaxy on your new PC and re-download the game. Your account remains the same.

In case anyone runs into the issue after me, the dlc options for alternate costumes and gwent cards etc are found in options > gameplay at the main menu. That's assuming your game is up to date. I played the whole game when it came out, and back then all the free dlc's were listed under "extras" in the GOG Galaxy program. Needless to say if you're coming back for a replay, things can get confusing since now everything is automatic and the dlc files are no longer displayed as content to download.

I've searched the forum for an answer for an hour but didn't find anything that solved my problem

I manually downloaded the dlc from my GOG game collection and installed it, I even get the information it was "successfully installed"
The DLCs are in my the witcher folder

but the DLC are not in the game
Same problem with hearts of stone

I have no idea why it's not working
Can anybody please help me?

The DLCs are there. Some items are sold by vendors, some 'alternative looks' need to be enabled in options, and the quest DLCs are all activated by checking notice boards.

No new hairstyles and no new quests

But I solved the problem by installing the latest patch

Didn't know that was necessairy - My Witcher version was pretty new
but I didn't even had to reinstall the DLCs
When starting the game I got the information about blood and wine and hearts of stone --- finally

If you updated from an older version you must also update your DLCs, otherwise you *will* run into issues or bugs. There's no point updating the game to 1.31 without also updating the DLCs to 1.31. This is, of course, assuming you're talking about the standard game plus separate DLCs. If you have the GOTY edition the DLCs are bundled with it.

Can someone provide a damn screenshot of how this works with accessing free DLC alternate looks for game of the year edition 1.31? I've never seen these options everyone is talking about. How do I access these options?

Exactly. There is no Config tab in the newest version of Galaxy. I have no idea where I need to go. All 16 of the free DLC's are clearly in the local files but I am given no way to apply them to the game.

I solved my issue this way... delete that DLC folder in the game folder... then verify files through the Galaxy client. Now, it works for me... all the options are present. Hope it helps you dude
