I just received my free copy for getting my new gpu, Is there a way to transfer it to steam?

I don't think so if you want it for steam you might try trading the GOG key for steam Key
or once downloaded go into steam and click add a game in bottom left and then click add non steam game, Navigate to install location and select the exe (launcher) for the game
