Im trying changing GOG key to be working with steam version, but when trying to change it im geting error that GOG key is invalid. What to do ?

nothing it doesn't work like that... different platform

now if your trying to add witcher 3 as a non steam executable then there is a way to do that

As far as I know it only works the other way round - Steam keys work on GoG but GoG keys don't work on Steam.
