i I have the problem that the GOG launcher won't show Hearts of the Stone DLC in the "Download Extra" Category, so it isn't possible for me to update the DLC and also may not be possible to downoad the Blood and Wine DLC in the Future.(i bought the season pass) I hope someone can help me with this problem. I will attach some Screenshots to specifically show what i mean.

Does https://www.gog.com/user/refresh help you at all? If not, you should contact support.

The jpg - pic of your account or a Galaxy related thingie (never used Galaxy, so I would not know)?
If so (meaning: you actually are using Galaxy): just don't!
Use your account, and then do your download from the page directly or use the GOG installer links!
Galaxy is - as you will see very clearly when you start looking for posts about it - by no means a finished (or even cared for) piece of software right now.

From your picture, it doesn't look like your account shows that you have the expansion pack. You can check in your Account / Orders and Settings / Orders History to ensure that it was purchased properly.

You could try logging in with a different browser, and ensure that you have cleared your cache.

If it shows as purchased in your Orders History, then you have an issue and I would contact GOG to see if they can rectify it.

Thanks for the quick responses. The Problem still remains even with a different browser. I checked my Orders&Settings and it shows that i have purchased the expansion pass. (picture attached)
The funny thing is that the DLC was shown as expected to be in GOG 1 Week ago, so i think i might contact the support...

That is showing that the expansion pass was a gift. If the gift giver gave you an invalid code, then you won't have it. Contact the person who gifted you the pass.

But then i think Orders&Settings wouldn't show it as "Added to my Account". The thingy where enter the gift code would notice a wrong one in the first place i think.

I have same problem. I bought expansion pass 26.5. When I bought this DLC woked. But I reinstalled PC and DLC disappeared and I can´t instal DLC again.

I have the same issue, got the expansion, added it to my account, it was working until I decided to reinstall The Witcher 3 today.

I have added a pic to show that it does say added to my account. I am wondering is the issue due to the fact that it was a gift key a friend got for me from the website G2A. But I am left wondering why was it working before and now today it is not.

I bought too on G2A maybe there is a problem. I dont know.

I played DLC heart of Stone yesterday morning. Later this day cant find it in DLC I see only free DLC.

I did notice that even though it downloaded hearts of stone for me and I was able to play it. It was never available for download as a backup or under the DLC section of settings for the game. This could be where the issue is coming from.

Hopefully someone can give us some kind of update on this. I have put a support ticket through, but hard to know when I will recieve a reply to that.

I have the same problem - when I log to gog.com I see the DLC and time left until I will be able to download it.
This is not the case for GOG Galaxy, where this DLC is not available/listed.
I don't remember how it was with previous DLC, but I think it was the same as on gog.com, so obviously something is not working on Galaxy.,

Does this mean you can download the Hearts of Stone DLC from gog.com manually? Because i can't even do that...

It';s listed there under DLC PRE-ORDER section, so looks like I will be able to download it once it will be released (1am CET).

If you don't have it listed even on gog.com I'd suggest to raise a ticket to the support as looks like something happened to your account.

Well, it would not be the first time a purchased (or free with purchase) key has been accepted and then later revoked if it was found out that the key was fraudulent.

I'm not stating that is the issue here - only GOG support will be able to figure that out. But if the DLC is not showing up in your account - there is definitely a problem.
