Just starting HOS from Kaer Morhen. I need to get to Novigrad, but there seems to be no way to leave the local Kaer Morhen map. I can turn on the world map and view the Novigrad section, but I can't figure out how to move Geralt into that map. Fast travel posts are around, but none will show a destination outside the local map.
I tried riding south on the Kaer Morhen map, but ran into the "Edge of the World" warning. What am I doing wrong?

Try setting another, non-DLC quest as active. It *may* be a result of trying to find the DLC quest marker from Kaer Morhen.

Tried setting a non-DLC quest in Novigrad. The destination showed the proper icon, but still no fast travel.
