Exactly what the subject says. Witcher 3 runs beautifully for around 90 minutes then abruptly closes to desktop without an error message or crash screen or what have you. Just goes *bloop* desktop.

I'm going to try fiddling with graphics settings, I had the same sort of issue with FFXV, and turning down the quality helped.

If anybody else has a solution, please, feel free to chime in.
Update: Reducing the graphics preset to "Medium" has resulted in slightly smoother gameplay, faster loading, and as yet hasn't crashed.

Which CPU do you have?

Some game engines are really prone to crash due to poor silicon in your CPU, but if it's an unlocked one, you can fine tune it and overcome such shortcomings.

When properly set, most games will run stable as a rock.
