Hello guys,

I am about to finish the game and I have decided to finish everything before. I was completing the horse races and I have noticed after finishing the Skellige's ones that the achievement did not show up.

I went to the pending missions, completed and failed and it is not just there. I have read that it disappears after certain mission (Island of Mists) but it does not makes sense as the other races do not disappear.

The man which joins you to the race is there, but I cannot speak with him.

Is there a solutions for this or I just have to wait for CD projekt to fix it?

If you complete all of the Skellige races, that ends the quest line, since that is the grand prize. It's not a bug.

That's not what you said. Or at least that's not what you appeared to be saying. It reads as you're at end game and went back to Crow's Perch. If the guy is standing there but won't interact, it's because the racing is over... finished.

The guy is there, yes. But it does not interact with me. I have loaded a previous save with Skellige's races without being completed and he still does not interact and the mission is missing.

Load a save prior to doing Isle of Mists. It may have to do with that.
