Hello! I got a problem. The GOG Galaxy doesn't sync the saves. Please help me

Do you get a message that the saves didn't sync or is there no message at all?

No, no message. I launched the game and I got the thanks for buying notice for the DLC's. Then just the main menu with continue missing.

I have found backups on the menu and downloaded them and can see them in the downloads folder. I just need to know how to loads the things now.
