Just installed Witcher 3 on my new PC, started it up, but my save file isn't available; only option is New Game. I'd played a good bit through it on my old PC, and expected my save to be there when I downloaded it on the new one, but it doesn't seem to be. Luckily I still have my old PC, so I guess I'll need to get my save file from there and move it over manually, but I'm not sure why that's apparently necessary. Galaxy says "cloud saves synced," so I'm guessing it's deleted my save on the cloud, but it should still be safe on my other computer; or is there any sort of backup function on the Galaxy cloud?
