ive tried both broswer and app download the app just stays in a loading screen with the circle just rotating around and the browser keeps saying the file could not be located etc.....please help been wanting to play this game nothing seems to work ive tried so much

It seems GOG servers are having some issue. I can't download anything. Since 19th, when the hotfix was out. Uninstalled to install it again with 4.0 and hotfix, but nothing happens. The wheel keep spinning, and the download doesn't move, then, the error.
When I install from the offline installers, I can't play my saves, because they are from 4.0 and the game installed is 1.32. It's frustrating.

Same for me. Have uninstalled the game and GOG Galaxy, downloaded from the webpage, etc, and the best I can manage is to get 1.32 reinstalled. Update keeps attempting to download but fails every time.

whats the error message you get? i dont even get to a point where they give me a error code it just sits there with the wheel spinning ive reinstalled the gog app multiple times and consistently have the same issue.

WHEN it shows error message it's E3, and, sometimes, E9.

Try to disable IPv6 - it was mentioned on gog reddit and it seems to help !
