When I try to connect to cog it asks for a code. I just want to connect without any code. Also when I start game it goes right into it without downloading patch 1.03. How do I get patch 1.03?

I thought there was a mistake but found my code on the back of the game manual. After entering it you'll be able to connect and download the patches and dlc's.
