I have no way to turn off the Alternate Look DLCs. I had the option before, and then I had to wipe my pc for an unrelated reason, and reinstall everything (lost my save file too). Since then, I have been unable to toggle Alternate Look on or off. I know I can delete the folders for the dlc and that will remove them from the game, but they are all numbered and I do not know which one is the alternate looks. I wish to keep the triss alternate look, but not the yennefer or ciri alternate looks. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the dlc and it makes no difference.

To clarify (because people don't have good comprehension skills): I could toggle the dlc on and off while in game before, and now that option is not there after reinstalling the game.

The option to turn of the appearance dlc's are inside the game itself.

Main menu > Downloadable content > Options.

I know that, and it's not there. Way to read my post properly.
Hey dude. I had that problem as well; the poster above you is correct; when you're at the main menu when you first start the game, follow his directions:

Downloadable Content> ignore the "Installed", select Options instead.

There's little sliders where you can turn off all the alternate looks and the new Gwent cards. If you've followed those directions and it doesn't show up, I'd verify your install in the GOG menus.

as I said before, I could toggle them on and off in that menu before I had to wipe my pc. There is no option. I only have installed and back. I will have to verify then I guess. I will do that tomorrow (it's 9:15pm here)

No need to be rude as your post could have had different meanings as toggle on and off appearances was an option in the gog galaxy application. Did you install the new DLC pack that contains all the previous dlc in one pack (500MB)? That might fix your issue.

Did that before the original post. Also I verified/repaired and that didn't work either
Anyone?
Thanks for the help gog forums -.- I regret buying the game physically, I should of bought it on steam.
Yea, like Gog forum users are developing the game. Classic moron. Maybe send a mail to CD project support team instead? do you need us to provide you a link or you can use google?
For anyone who has this problem and happens upon this thread using Google:
I was unable to find a solution anywhere and struggled with this for 2 hours, this is what worked for me:

Delete the folder GOG Games/The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt/bin/config.
Press the Verify/Repair option in GOG Galaxy.

The missing "Options" menu is now where it's supposed to be.
SOLVED!!!

if you cant see the option

"Downloaded Content"

then you need to turn off
"Game Overlay"

then it will appear in the menu :D
Great! I guess this is a bug, though. You might consider telling them, since the one from down under probably didn't. ^^

I shouldn't have bought this at all!!!!
I'm having the exact same problem, and no matter what I did, I can not get the screen where I can toggle on/off the DLC alternate outfits.

So if someone else is having the same problem and has lost all hope, if you go into your "The Witcher 3" folder (the one with the game saves folder, but don't open that) and open the file that just says "user" using Notepad, you can scroll down until you find the list of "DlcEnabled_dlc" and toggle off the ones you don't want by changing the very last number after the equal sign to zero. This will toggle off that DLC, but be careful, because, as far as I know, the only ones you can turn off without screwing up your game files are the alternate outfits. If you do get an error message when trying to load your game save, just go back to notepad and turn the zero back into a one.

To turn off all the outfits, turn "DlcEnabled_dlc_004," "DlcEnabled_dlc_006" and "DlcEnabled_dlc_011" to zero.
011 is Ciri's outfit, but I don't recall which go to Yennefer and Triss.

Hopefully if anyone else is having the same problem, they somehow find this and no longer have to suffer seeing a video game character wearing outfit they do not like. Good luck!
