Hi!

I've been playing TW3 for a bit, made it to experience level 9, still in Velen. I've been getting the feeling that there's something strange with the crafting diagrams' level requirements.

I have various diagrams for items that are similar or worse than the found stuff I'm currently wearing. For example, "Assassin's boots" require level 10, "Griffin gauntlets" require level 11, and the Disglair and Gvennel silver swords also have level requirements over level 10, although their raw damage is a bit better than some of the relics found so far.

Is it really supposed to be like so, that manydiagrams are for items that you can't use until by the time they're worthless? I have one "Wolven hour" relic that temporarily lowers the level requirements by 2 levels, but that doesn't seem like a viable long-term solution.

Not really finding the questing and looting rewarding like this, but haven't run into similar complaints, only ones about item level requirements in general, not the items being cack by the time you get them.

Thanks for any input!
That's the way Witcher 3 is. It can be a bit offputting when loot is not better than what you have, but if every item or relic you found was better than the last, then the game would simply not be worth playing: too easy. Go find or buy some crafting recipes for armour and swords, and have an artisan craft one you like, especially the Witcher gear. TL;DR it's not a bug.
