On the Playstation 4 version Had this happen twice. I fight Eredin into the second phase and get him down to the point where he flees and follow. When the scene changes the camera is high over the battlefield and I can't do anything and have to restart. This happen to anyone and is there a work a around?

Did he teleport you the two of you off the ship? If he didn't do that scripted bit it was a bug.
