When I speak to blacksmith of Arinbjorn in Skellige, I choose option number 2. Then I can do what I want but when I leave discuss that stay on the last sentence...forever :D

are you using any language packs? could be an issue with a particular pack. it also looks like data corruption. i'd re-install / repair.
