Yeah, same issue. Sent a bug report and they said they will pass it onto the devs. Hopefully will be fixed in the future.

I went back to the barber... apparently the bugged texture is on the friendly mutton chop beard style... after switching to other styles you can make the tattoo disappear, I guess the mutton chop come with a free tattoo... haha!
